SF -vs- CD - which is better and why ?

There is no direct answer to that question it depends on you opinion of what best means.

CD - You lose weight fast however the taste is not great and you do miss eating food. If you have a lot of weight to lose and you have the stomach for it then cd is great. Quite expensive. The support for CD does help and knowing you have that weekly weigh in does help. It is hard to stick to for a long period and when you reach your goal maintanance is a gradual process and alot of people gain weight after.(I know i did)

SF - focuses on eating habits and is easier to maintain after you reach your goal. You do get a variety of food and is therefore easier to stick to in the long term. The least expensive of the two (there are varietys of own brands tesco's etc)
