Betty Smith Chicken

Hiya,

Mum cooked some Betty Smith chicken for lunch today. The chicken is 3 syns per 100g as it has stuffing in it. I eat the chicken but scooped out all the stuffing, do u think this would be classed as free considering i didnt eat the stuffing?

Nope, no skin or oil used to cook it. Lovely job, thats what I was planning on doing but thought I better check first! Thanks xx
