cheese sauce?

I follow green plan as I'm veggie so I use my 2 Healthy Extra A options to make cheese sauce. I whisk 3/4 Laughing Cow Extra Light triangles into some milk. It thickens up while it's heating. Delicious poured over pasta with spring onions and peas or brocolli.

This is 2 HEA's on green and red..
- for two.
Vlf natural yoghurt, 1/2 eggs depending on how much ur making. season with 1tsp of mustard powder and some black pepper, then add 42g of mozzerela and 28g of chedder.. and beat in together.. then top with another 28g of chedder and 24g of cheese... split between two and its your 2 health extra a's x

I use philadelphia cream cheese as a healthy extra, melted with a splash of milk from my 'A' choice.

The plain one is nice and creamy, but the garlic and herb flavour is absolutely gorgeous as a sauce in fish pie. My boyfriend couldn't tell it was a diet recipe when I gave it to him!! :)

Having haddock tonight so those cheese sauce recipes were just what I needed. Sound yummy!

I know I posted in a different thread about this but we were told about the new Primula Light tube tonight at group. Half a tube (75g) is free as a Heathly Extra A. I was thinking of mixing in some garlic and chives to use as a stuffing for some Chicken Breasts but would probably work equally well as a cheesy pasta sauce.
