Ugh,
I broke up with my bf and got weighed the next day, lost 14bls which i should have been over the moon about but i was so distracted.
Anyway, long story short, I ate yesterday and today- all atkins style, carb free food- but not small amounts
What to do??
My WI is on Thursday, how about I start fresh tomorrow, and change my weight in to Sunday?
