Charlotte Church on LT perhaps???

Have you seen the pictures of Charlotte Church? She's slimmed down to the smallest she's ever been and she says it's from eating less but she didn't do any exercise, I can believe the exercise bit cos she's too honest and she also told Jonathon Ross last night she hasn't done any.

So I reckon she's been on TFR diet like LT, what do you think?

Defo! I think most celebs will do it after having babies etc...! Lets see if she keeps it off!

That's exactly what me and my other half said, it's so easy to lose it but if she doesn't start doing any exercise she will put it all back on.

Note to myself: I must do some exercise or I WILL START PUTTING IT ALL BACK ON!

TFR is Total Food Replacement and LT is Lipotrim. Females have 3 shakes a day, no food at all. Males have 2 shakes a day.
