It it actually... Possible?

Ok, I don't want you thinking I am jumping the game etc, but I am due to start the Cambridge diet sole source on 26th March and I am 5ft 7, currently wear a size 24-26, weighing 21 stone 5 lbs. My *dream* would be to wear a size 10!.. - That's my dream - ... But is it actually possible? - without being anorexic? (I don't care how long it takes). Does anyone know anywhere I could find a photo of someone that's a size 10 and 5ft 7 tall?... Opinions! Comments! everything, appreciated!...

Well...who knows!

I have seen alot of taller (well most people are than me im 5'4 short a$$ :rotflmao: ) on here getting down to a low weight but remaining a 12/14...but still very slim....and also others a size 10 etc... every body seems to be different :)

I hope you achieve your dream....but our bodies change so much through this diet from one stone to the next its really hard to imagine the 'end' size....

I NEVER thought at the begining id be buying size 10's for the bottom i started 22/24 bottoms! but i have... and now want smaller

You just never know!

I think everyone carries their weight slightly differently so it's kind of hard to tell, but I got down to size 12, I'm 5' 7". I had no idea how I'd look, and so I had no preconcieved idea's about when to stop. I stopped when I hit 11st 7lbs. I decided I was happy there. And in these photo's I was size 12 and about 11st 12lbs. Hope it helps a little bit. In the 2nd pic I'm the one in blue. Neither of them are great but hopefully they'll give you an idea.

This is me in size 10 jeans, although they are stretchy and I'm probably more often in a size 12. However, I am 5'11" so would probably be around a size 10 if kept in proportion but 4 inches shorter (if you know what I mean)

Thanks surfhunny!.. What was your starting weight if you don't mind me asking? xx - You look fab btw! x

My very original starting weight was 17st 8lbs I got down to 16st 2lbs with Slimming World, and just couldn't seem to get any lower doing SW. A friend started Lighter Life and I liked the idea, but was too pricey, and the nearest consultant was too far, so my Mum suggested Cambridge.

I managed to maintain for almost a year, but I put on a good stone and half when my relationship with my ex ended. And I'd let about a stone creep on while we were together so at the moment I'm trying to get back down to 12st again. 2st to go :D

If you click on my name and have a look in my albums, you'll see my Fatty McFatfat photo's.

You're meant to drink about 2.5 litres a day. I try to drink at least 3 litres, I'm really not a fan of water and only drink it because I have to. I've worked out a way of doing it so I don't notice the volume.

I fill 2 500ml bottles and drink them on the way to work.
Then at work I refill them and aim to have them finished by lunch time.
Just before I go home I refill again and have the last 2 on the way home. Then anything else I have at home in the evening is a bonus.

I've messed about with bottles trying to find the ideal for me, 2l bottles are too big and daunting, the 75cl bottles are just too confusing cos I lost track of how much I'd had. But this little system works well for me.

I also have Water flavouring sometimes too. And fizzy water for a change.

I'm sure you'll be fine, the first week can be tough, but stick with it because it really is worth it when you step on the scales for your first weigh in. I also found that the good losses meant that I stayed focussed!
