numb / pins and needles

I have been on sole source for a while now i take weekends off every now and then however this week i have had problems with my left foot its continully numb has anyone experienced this or similar, i am seeing my cdc councillor tonight but just a little concerned, still have 3/4 stone to loose.

I know that cramps can be a problem but not heard of numbness before.

Have you pulled your back or somethin like that.

There is a nerve that from the back down the legs and sometime if you have moved in a strange way or tried lifting something you may have caught the nerve which is causing the numbness or pins and needles in your leg.

If you are able to, you can take anti-inflammatories like Brufen which will help inflammation around the nerve site.

No of course it might not be this at all, but this was the first thing that came to mind

i've had problems with my back this past couple of weeks and have been getting the same thing, luckily I had mine fixed this morning.
