Silly question?

Hi Guys

I know on its own it is going to be massively high in syns but can anyone tell me the syn value of Light Evaporated Milk? The book only has per tbsp and if I know how many it is per gramme then I can work out if a recipe is too high in syns based on how much I would need.

I've got Tesco light choices one and nutrition info per 100g is:

Kcal 110
Carbs 11g
Fat 4g
Fibre 0g

Is that enough info?

Thanks xx

Hello,

Would need the protein amount also to work out it, but my squeaky maths has come up with this :)

1 tablespoon = 15 ml so that means 1.5 syns for 30 ml, so for 90 ml thats 4.5 syns :)

That wont help though if you need it in grams so if you put protein amount i will work it out for you :)
