Ive started SW on monday 2nd day in and I really fancy something naughty but trying to stay on the straight and narrow as I want to lose a stone by the end of April I suppose I;ll just have to have another muller!!

If you have any syns left for today you can use them up and have alittle treat.

Milky bar treat size (13g) is only 3.5 syns.
Coco pops bars or coco rocks bars are only 4 syns.

What works for me is cadburys highlights hot chocolate sachets, only 2 syns!

If you haven't used your hexbs, yet, have a couple of Alpen Light bars - I'm virtually surviving on them just now!
