Starting over again.....

Hello i'm new to this site and i think i'm going to need all the help i can get. i started back on the cambridge diet in january and i'm realy struggling to get back into it. did the cambridge diet 2 years ago and lost 4 stone but unfortunatly it has crept back in again. so if there is anyone out there that can give me some good advice to get back into the swing of things please message me.

I don't have any advice but am feeling your pain. I lost 4 stone in 2006 but 2 stone on from my target weight has crept back on in the last year or so. I went back on SS yesterday.

Everyone on this site is really supportive - if you stick your message under the Cambridge thread then you may get more messages of support. For what it's worth, keep going, don't give up - you did it before xx
