Joining Again Will I need a Dr's Note

Hi All I stopped CD last September but want to get back on the wagon again. Will I need another Doctors note if I use another counsellor?

I was told if it was withing 6 months and my health hadn't changed then I didn't need another one - BUT that was with the same CD so you will more than likely need another one if your BMI isn't under 40 x

Don't really want to use my last counsellor. My BMI is inder 40 so I may get away without seeing by Doc again.

Have you contacted the new CD yet? They normally ask on the phone weight/height so they know whether you need to have a form or not. Hopefully you'll be fine without one. Good luck!

If you stopped within 6 months your new consultant will be able to get the forms off your old one.
