Sorry if this is a bit personal but i need some advice and i have no one else to ask. All this cycle i have bleed, not all day but had light to heavy bleeding at least once, upto day 23, since then nothing. I had blood test on day 23 for hormone and thyroid problems, just spoken to the surgery who said no further action required, would this mean PCOS has been ruled out?
My main reason for this post is that on friday my dr is making me have a smear test, which is freaking me out enough. My friend has described lifting your legs up and doing random things to get into position. But i'm 22 stone, i can't get into random positions, i struggle to laying down to sleep these days, i'm terrified, i'm so close to just cancelling it because the thought of going makes be burst into tears.
