flora

please can someone tell me how many syns are there in the little tubs of flora, the type you get in hotels at breakfast and how many in the butter ones as well. Just wondering wether they are worth it as a treat in my mash lol

Depends how much is in it. You are 1.5 syns for a level tsp of ordinary flora and there's probably a bit more than that in the tubs. butter will be higher in syns. There is a thread in the recipe forum for alternatives to butter when making mash, so have a check there for other ideas.
