Hi All

I am new to this site and it is so useful already - i am currently doing the SW diet and its fab - i can eat loads lol. but im struggling lately because i am on the go all the time with 2 jobs so need convenient foods. Im doing green as not a meat lover. so any tips/suggestions would be fab.

do u take your lunch with u r do u need something quick when u get in?

taking lunch with u: if u have a mircowave at work part ccok a jacket or cook something at home and warm it up. pasta salad, pasta n sauce or mug shots or home made soup

if u r eating at home u could try quick foods like omlettes or quarn burgers or u could prepare your meals for the week on one day freeze them and get them out as u need them hun. also u could prepare your meal before u leave then reheat it when u get in.
i work at night so before i go to work i cook a family meal and my husband reheats it then i eat mine when i come in.
 
Hi Michelle :) yes i take my lunch to work with me and we do have a microwave - they are very good suggestions thanks. Im going to plan my week and have a day of batch cooking on the weekend so good luck to me lol! x
 
Im on a Green Day today and for lunch I am having Asda chickpea Dhal (free on a G Day) and rice that I cooked last night.
There are loads of things that you can do when you have access to a microwave Hun and if you make a little more food in the evening, you can have leftovers for lunch the following day.
