Ok, 1 stone by the 20th april?! I hear you ask..well there is a reason!

I started my weight loss journey, after being an overweight teenager and child for most of my life on the 20th april at slimming world. There I lost around 24lbs between april- september.
If this was a fanatasy world, i'd have lost the 6 stones i need by now, however this is reality! And unfortunately between september-february I gained most of this weight back on.

To loose that stone will take me back to the weight I was when I started going off track, it'll have meant i will have lost SOME weight this year and I can get below 15 stones.

At this moment in time these have been my unfortunate losses
week 1: 5.5lbs
week 2: +0.5lb
week 3: -1.5lbs
week 4: +1.5lbs

I have been yo-yoing, however I know exactly why I had a big gain this week, and my plan is for next week to loose:
2lbs

Loosing 2lbs would mean I'm at the half stone stage, and have rectified last week!

So how do i plan to do this?
1. Do the kick start plan, have 24 points this week
2. Avoid snacking high point foods (eg chocolate) and have a filling breakfast and lunch and use any points i have left for the evening for wine, and a large dinner- its the time of day i feel the hungriest!
3. Do the water challenge and drink 2 litres of water
4. Plan how many points I will have per meal, this will be

Breakfast: 4
Lunch: 7
Dinner: 10
Snacks: 2

5. Aim to do atleast 30minutes of excercise each day, whether this be at the gym or walking to uni

6. TRACK and also be honest in this diary

SO, i'm having my obligatory takeaway to avoid any takeaway cravings this week, and will be starting the plan tomorrow! I really hope I can get some support, I hate being this weight, and I want to spend my twenties feeling happy and healthy in my body. I'm 20 now, and I'm not...i'd love to have some 21st birthday photos of me looking fabulous in a little black dress!

You are sounding very positive so its a great start and also you have pinpointed where your weaknesses lie. I really find porridge fills me up all morning and is only 3 points. For lunch I try to keep low in points too and have ww tomato soup with a couple slices of ww bread totalling 2 points for lunch plus a 1pt packet of crisps. That then leaves me loads of points for dinner and evening snacks (evening is my complete nightmare time) but even if I do have loads of snacks then at least I have loads of points to cover it. good luck xxx
