Yesterday day started it ,woke up feeling quite exciting with starting some thing nu.,got out the salcercise dvd & did level 1got up earlier to fit it in ,with been at work,going to do the28 day plan by the book as more structured ,and no working out ,use the daily menus & exercise 4 the day as well as other exercise ,
pleased to say stuck wiv it & no cheating
had b/fast b4 going to workusually dont do this,at break had the power snacks the others had fish &chips for lunch:sigh:Ididnt sucume and had my veg soup &muller yog &drank my water
had quorn mince bol for evening meal quite yummy
2nd day in going ok ,been shopping to stock up on things I need for rest of wkjust off to do my dvd speak to u later!.
