It's really things like, you have a week when you feel as though you haven'y lost any weight, when you get weighed you find you've lost quite a bit - so you think you can reward yourself with a chocolate bar !
Maybe not a very good example, but it just popped into myhead.

Am on my 8th week and have lost 23.3lbs so far, am so happy and have really been enjoying the diet. Started covering Crooked Thinking last week in class and have to give a few examples where I've had crooked thoughts over the week, but you know when your mind's just a blank.
An example of crooked thinking that I had recently, was choosing to eat a planned meal towards the end of the diet, and then calling myself a 'failure' because of it.
My LLC helped me realise that I was not a failure, but that food was going to be part of my life forever, and this was a planned practice run, not a failing.
