Changes since last year?

Hi Everyone, I'm starting SW again after doing WW since new year, in a lot of ways I do like WW but I have a big appetite and the more I think of having to drop points as I lose weight, the more I wonder how I will keep it up. I'm stuggling already and although I started well, I'm finding I'm using more and more points on nothing but junk.

I know by reading on here that EE has changed slightly and I want to get this right so I just have a couple of questions.

I know that they have changed what they now class as super free, can I still have a yogurt free as a snack if I do EE?

Can I still do EE one day and change the next to green or red?

If I have jacket potato and beans for lunch, could i have fruit to count as my 1/3 superfree, or would I have to add something like salad to my meal?

hi, i do mostly green days so i dont know much about EE i couldnt understand how it worked but i know muller light fat free yoghurts are free and you can swop Red, Green or EE days depending how you feel that day.. hope that helps :)

1. Yes, but you should be choosing superfree foods first and foremost as your snacks, so you could have a yoghurt and a piece of fruit.

2. Yes, you pick each day what plan you want to follow!

3. Yes, fruit counts as your 1/3 superfree!
 
Thanks very much, at least I know I'll be doing it right now, planning on starting tomorrow, at least with SW I won't have to worry about going hungry tomorrow, like with some other diets!
