hi loverly people! i was just wondering if you could help me out here by answerin a few q's? :)

does exante require a gp's approval like cd?
gp checkups? do they have councellors like cd? (can you tell i've just come over from the cd forum? :p)
what is the average weekly loss?
are the packs yummy?

thanks so much! i've been lookin for info but my brain is being very uncooperative tonight lol :)

No GP requirement - but in the absence of which they recommend an 'add a meal week', periodically.

No counsellors - which for me is a bit of a plus.

Average loss - after the initial loss, about a stone a month.

Yummy? I'm going to try and sticky my standard answer to this one...

In short, you wouldn't rush out and buy this stuff for fun. But it *is* a complete nutritional delivery system designed to do a job for minimum calories, not yummy food. (Besides, it's yummy things that got us in this mess in the first place...) If approached on that basis, they're not bad at all. Anecdotally, it's one of the better tasting VLCDs, but some people haven't made it past the first day. So it's down to personal taste, and you do grow quite accustomed to them. A few flavours and the bars I really quite like. However last time I looked you could buy individual products if you want to give them a go. Do add approaching 400ml water rather than 250, though...
