Soya Yoghurt and Sheep cheese Syns

Hi, I am dairy intollerant and make my own soya yoghurts with soya milk and sweetner. Can anyone tell me the syn value also does know the syn value of sheeps cheese, is it the same as normal cheese? Many thanks

You can have 250ml of sweetened soya milk or 350ml of unsweetened soya milk as a healthy extra or 6 syns. Depends which brand you buy really!

Sheep's cheese isn't online, only sheep's milk - sorry!
