does anyone have interesting recipes for butternut squash. I have never used it before.

BNS risotto, found it on the site slimming eats, its was delicious.

I make a mash with it -

Chop it up & boil in salted water
Mash & add some sping onion, mustard powder, a pinch of sweetner & FF Fromage frais

Very easy & tasty!!
