Houmous

I have just bought from Sainsbury's their be good to yourself reduced fat houmous snack pots and wanted to check that I had got the syn value correct. It doesnt come up when you search but here is the nutrition information

per 100g - 192 cals
protein - 7g
carbs - 13.8g
fat - 12.1g
and the portion size is 30g - its a mini pot.

thought I could take it to work tomorrow with two rice cakes or a bag of ryvita minis.
