You know the plan inside out, so it all looks great.
I think either of them would give you a good loss, which do you fancy the most?

They both look good and to be honest you can probably get a good loss from each plan but in my experience EE got me the best losses. Good luck!

Hiya hun,
I would say go with the EE plan. i say that because when im on a red or a green day i always want what i cant have, so if you were on an ee day and decided you fancied an extra potatoe or some rice then you could do.
You have done awesome mate, whats with the urgent planning and wanting to loose more? xx

Both look good, but if i had to pick one i'd go with the EE menu. It all depends on whether you'd miss the extra HEx's!

Both look really good - and I'd say you could do just as well with either one of them.

The only day I'm not sure is right is this one:

Thursday
Breakfast:
Chopped Banana, VLF natural yoghurt, crumbled apple and sultana alpens HEB

Dinner:
Cous cous, onions and peppers and carrot sticks. 1 hifi bar HEB

Tea:
40z Chicken stuffed with bbq sauce and cheese HEA with chips and salad.

You'd have to Syn the chicken, wouldn't you? You've already got 2 HEX Bs.

Ahhh^ thats right well done, my chicken would be HEB! lol

Basically im at the top end of my current target. i need to loose 3lbs to get back to 10 stone 1, and then another 7 to my 5 stone award. I started trying to loose 3 weeks ago, and i lost 1lb first week, 0.5lb secound week and then i gained 1lb back.. half a pound in 3 weeks is pathetic and its because i was only aiming for 1lb, it meant really i wasnt putting 100% in, when really with not much weight to lose i should be.. so i must plan!

When you've lost a lot of weight (as you have ) it can be really hard to find that same level of motivation. You're coming at it from a completely different place to where you started. When you started, you probably didn't like what you saw in the mirror very much, your clothes were probably several sizes bigger.

And now?

Now you're a lot smaller, people will insist on telling you that 'you've lost enough now', and you're buying smaller clothes. The motivation required to lost those last pounds has to be found from a completely different place cos you're just not feeling that same level of desperation (and other people aren't expecting such great things of you either).

Tricky, isn't it? I think you're doing exactly the right thing though. To some extent, you've just got to get your head down and power on through it - and planning ahead like this should work a treat. But try to be patient with yourself and the plan. In all honesty, you just aren't going to lose more than a pound a week - and it may only be half a pound. But you will get there!

Thanks fluer..

it is exactly like that, and i suppose because youv got to put in 4 times the amount of effort to get the same result you would have done half the amount when i was heavier, im so knackered sometimes by the end of the week my motivation can seriously lack.. i was aiming for 1lb a week as when i loose a few lbs i can struggle to keep the momentum going the week after, as i do like the way i look, but my problem is i dont when im at the higher end, and i no longer feel comfortable with myself.. so id like to get my weight down a little lower.

Im going back to it as a newbie.. fresh eyes, which is why im concidering red and green again, as its been so long iv got that same level of nervousness and commitment to doing it 100% right..

i'm gunna see how i go, i really would like 2lb off this week but as its joes bday there a few meals iv been unable to avoid.
