Does anyone else feel sick on SF? Ive been doing SF for a while now and im just constantly feeling nauseated the only good thing i suppose is that i don't feel like eating lol, but if anyone else feels this way let me know thx!

Sometimes my stomach feels like its clogged up and forgive me for this....(very soft stools)but I haven't noticed feeling nauseous to be honest. For me I think its the IBS making a come back. What type of milk are you using?
