another syn question?

hi tried working these out but dont think i did it right there sainsburys fresh cream profiteroles
per 100g 409 cal,protein 5.3,carb 39.3, fat 25.6

just had 2 so praying there not to high

I've just done the online calculator and I'm afraid to say that they're 20.5 for 100g!! Not sure how many g in each one hun but hope you enjoyed them and just pull back next few days!! If you've saved some syns up to indulge, fantastic, if not just be careful!! Haha look at me preaching!!!X

thanks there about 25g each i weighed one and the pack in a mad panic pack was 300g and 12 in a pack so thats roughly about 5syns each ? god they were soooo nice lol
