Hi

I'm so confused, i dont think im doing this right.
I seemed to do so well on Alli, i lost 12lbs in 1 month, ive been on Xenical for almost 3 weeks and i dont think ive lost much atall. I am trying to stick to 15g fat per meal, but to be honest i dont think i'm eating enough fat. I seem to be eating so much more than before. I've never eaten a huge breakfast but im finding it a struggle to try and eat 15g fat for that. And then i have to try and ensure i stick to no more than 5% per 100g! So i think maybe my calories are going over what i have worked out

HEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP i'm lost and feeling awful

Hi Sophie, sorry to hear that you're stuggling!
Don't forget that 15g is the maximum you should be eating for each meal...you don't necessarily have to eat that much if you don't want to.
What kinds of things are you eating? This is a typical day for me, do you think you're eating a lot more than this:

Breakfast: Oats so Simple porridge with milk (around 200cals)
Snack: Apple or cereal bar (under 100cals)
Lunch: Soup with bread (300-350 cals) or beans on toast (350cals)
Snack: Fruit, cereal bar or Snack a Jack (under 100cals)
Dinner: WW meal (300cals ish) with loads of mixed veg
Desert: Anything from a mini milk (30cal) to a WW desert (160cal) depending on how good I've been all day!

I suspect that you probably are eating a little too much if you're trying to cram 15g of fat into every meal, and breakfast is the one time of day when you probably won't want to eat that much.
Xenical needs some fat to work on - and your body needs fat to function properly, but nobody's saying that you have to reach that limit if you don't want to, or if it takes you over your calories for the day.

What did you eat when you were taking Alli? Xenical is basically the same but double strength, so you can probably eat the same as you were doing then, expect that the fat limit is a little lower on Xenical I think.
