Hello All,
I've started a refreshers class having put it off from last month.
I am setting myself some SMART goals and wondered if anyone wanted to share their own? Or how they went about coming up with them?
Also I wondered what you all do to motivate and reward yourselves?
Does anyone have an item of clothing in the size they want to reach or maybe do you have non-food related treats when you lose a certain amount??
