thanks i just found this as i was worrying! i use these quite often for quick veg and saw in the mag that it was 2 and half syns! eek! but i guess thats just for the rice and herb dressing one phew!!!! they have been on offer so i have loads in freezer lol

If you look at the ingredients for the ones with rice in them, you will probably find that there is some oil. Nearly all packs of cooked/frozen rice (Tilda, Uncle Ben's, etc.) have oil in them as it stops the rice sticking together.

I buy the rice once but pick out the herb buttery blobs do you think that will significantly reduce the sins??
