march's weightloss goals

hi everyone having just completed the feb challenge whos up for another challenge for march ?? iam gonna go for 8lbs this month 2lbs a week or near enough x x x that will take me to 20lbs off nearly half way good luck everyone x x x
 
I'll go for 9lbs as well. That would take me down to 17st exactly.
I've no idea whether I acheived February's goal by the way! I forgot to make a note of my starting weight. Doh!

I'll go for 7lbs which would match my mini goal for this month too :)
 
im going 8-10lbs..
im more determined than ever to get my weight down, and meet a challenge i set!!
 
I'm goin to aim high at 12lbs but it is getting harder so I'll have to up my game , good luck everyone.
 
I am going to go for 14lbs
If I aim high I work harder so hopefully I can achieve that this month :)
My start weight is 264lbs (18st 12lbs)

I'd like to aim for 10 lbs this month.

March 1st: 300 lbs
April 1st: 290 lbs (hopefully! :D )
 
Hi All

First time for me setting a target.

I am thinking that 6lb is a good one for me. I would set more but if I don't hit it then experience would say I would go off the rails.
As you can see by my stats I have been off the plan for quite a while but am ready to start losing again

starting weight on 1st March was 14st 8lb

Ive lost a 1lb this week. So 6 more to go! :)
 
3lbs for me this week... 5 to go...
Although..... I did put it all back on plus more when i went out for dinner for my mother in laws birthday.. But thats ok.. Im working extra hard this week to get it back off.
So im expecting a sts next week...
