How can this be :(

Last week I stuck to plan 100%, had 68 syns over the week and lost 4.5lb. This week I have again stuck to the plan 100% had 63 syns and gained 1.5lb???:cry::cry: I so wanted to get my club 10 award tonight but have gone in the opposite direction. What could have caused this???

I'm not too sure if I have star weeks as I have a coil fitted. Does anyone else have a coil? if so how does it affect your weight loss.

I've still lost a stone in 8 weeks so am pleased with that but would have been happier if I had lost or even maintained.

I just had one fitted at the end of last year, but it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss. As sometimes you don't get your period, you never know if you could have reached your ovulation stage and thus the gain. Don't get discouraged and stick to it- it will pay off!
