Salad dressings

Does anybody know the syn value for Asda good for you salad dressing pots? They are little pots (2 servings its says) that I found in the salad aisle. One is a vinaigrette and the other is red pepper and basil. I really need to liven up my salads but I can't seem to find the syn value Thanks in advance x
