Help how do i up date my ticker??

help how do i update my ticker with my weight loss im not very good at this

Click on your ticker in your post and a new page will pop up where you put your pin number in and click edit weight then when your done just click next at bottom of ticker page and your done. Next time you post your ticker will be updated
