What a fantastic help

Hi, I have been looking for some sort of support like this all day not knowing anybody else who has done the CD. This is fantastic. Can't get off it, I am supposed to be working from home!
I started the CD yesterday on SS. Am 5ft 6 and weigh 13 stone. When I went for my first weigh in on Wednesday I was nearly in tears being nearly 2 stone more now than I was after the birth of my son 18 months ago.
Anyway, I am starving today and really naughtily had a bit of cheese on toast that my toddler didn't want. It is so hard cooking for the rest of your family and your kids sitting next to you watching telly and munching on Jaffa Cakes!
I feel really disgusted with myself and such a failure as it is only my second day but I am so hungry!
I wish I had found this 2 hours ago and I wouldn't have eaten it!
Will not pick at anything again now and am just going to have to put my little blip in the back of my mind.
Looking forward to hearing about everybody's experiences.
Anyone have any tips for not being constantly starving?
Just wanted to say really that I have got so much more motivation now having found you all!
Hannah.

Hi Hannah,

Your very welcome:D

As Mandi has said, "don't beat yourself up" keep going and keep drinking your water.

Once your in ketosis the diet does become so much easier, but the first week is the hardest for sure.

If you click on this link it will take you to the Before and After Inspirational thread.

We have an arcade as well that will help keep your mind off food.

Good luck!

Having good support around you - whether in 'real' life or online - can make the difference between success and 'deferred success' (don't like the term 'failure').

I'm currently in a 'deferred success' phase but hope to get back on track soon :)

Looking forward to hearing how you get on.
