hi, i had a major blip last night i am on week 8 it is getting close to the totm so feeling crap alround really went and had a blt and big bag of peanut m&ms, anyway over that today will have to put up with getting into ketosis again and i am aiming to drink 6 litres instead of 4 of water.
I dont know if it was a good thing or a bad thing because it has put my frame of mind back right and i keep thinking you silly cow it didnt make me feel any better anyway so now i know it just aint worth it specially as it was for no reason wouldnt of been so bad if it was a night out or something.Anyway i will stop blabbing now and drink some more water.
