What 'starts' tomorrow for you??

I'm sure we've all been there, after a weekend of indulgences (or longer) we say to ourselves 'starting tomorrow....', well tomorrow is the 1st of March, and a Monday, and to my Libran characteristics a great day (new week and new month) to start something either new or afresh!

I'm going to re-read all my SW books and start tomorrow as though it's my first day and I'm also going to up the exercise (no excuses) - I know the plan works but after Valentine's weekend and then being poorly I've got slack!

So what are you going to 'start tomorrow...'??? xxx
 
i will start my 100% tomorrow, i keep messing up on the plan (im human - and have limited willpower!) so will try to do as many 100% days as I can.

Might reread stuff, and plan my meals for the rest of the week too.

Tomorrow is the start of upping my exercise to. I haven't been doing to badly with the diet but it's getting slower to lose weight. So i think exercise is the only way
 
My philosophy is don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today. Yesterday evening and this morning I ate out with friends so straight back on the plan at lunchtime and did some exercise and vigorous housework this afternoon. This evening another meal on plan. this way i minimise tha damge rather than having a whole further afternoon and evening off plan. Why wait until the first of the month or the beginning of the week. the only time we have is the present xx
 
the whole thing have been really bad this past month as have been away from class due tho work commitments , am rejoining class on tue night so it will be whole new weigh in for me taking it from the start . Hopefully i have not gained 2 much
 
I'm with Brightonrosie on this one, if I want to do something I do it right away & don't put things off. I never set myself new years resolutions either.:)
The only new years resolutions i make are to do more of the things i enjoyed doing the previous year xx
 
I am going to try and up my exercise from 3 times per week to 4 times per week from tomorrow. It might not sound like a big deal but I have to almost argue with myself to make myself do the 3rd day!
 
Great idea Devon_Dumpling, im all for starting something new, new month new challenge. ermmm so i'm going to start digging out my size smaller spring/summer clothes and get them washed, ironed and ready to wear for when im the new slimmer me :D The exercise of finding them all and sorting things out will count as exercise brownie points wont it :D:D x x
 
I've been quite good this weekend. I did have a portion of kfc chips today but I have enough syns for them!
Tomorrow is my weigh in so I usaully stick to really light foods like salad!
 
I am back on the bandwagon - increasing my exercise (Taebo!), back to class on wednesday and I am staying at the meeting this week!
 
I want to be 110% next week!! want to get to that stone mark, and the week after i'm away with work for 3 days, then the week after that it's my birthday so i think i will struggle with those weeks!!
