Dropped White Sugar & Feeling Fantastic
OOhhhhh hello to my new diary. I'm starting a new WW diary as I kept one while I was on CD and found it really helped me stay focused and on track.
Two years ago was when i last did WW. Until then WW was just a way of life for me as my Mum followed the plan while I grew up. It all got a bit stale with me and I was tired of yoyo dieting. I then read a Jason Vale book on eating healthy and it got me out of dieting and let me maintain my weight. So I had a year out of dieting before starting CD. I lost 2 stone in the first 2 months and then kept on the plan for a further 8 months with the next half stone going on and off. Completly my fault as I was faffing about with it.
Last Tuesday night after a lot of thought and a chat with my CD lady and my fiance I decided to start WW the following day. I am SO glad I made this choice. I feel free being able to eat and point again.:character00148: I also have energy to exercise again and plan on not using my exercise as bonus points to eat more.
It's been fun reading up on WW again, buying the magazine and doing a proper shop. I've missed cooking and eating normally with lots of choice. My other half eats a healthy diet and we can start cooking and eating together again now.
It's important for me to remember down the line how happy I am to have food back in my life. I know a time may come when I take it all for granted again and end up going off track. This is why i need this diary to help motivate myself even if some days all I need is to log my food diary.
The main reason to get rid of this last stone is so i feel fantastic at my wedding dress fitting on 23rd April. Apart from this to focus on I love fashion and can't wait to go on a massive shopping spree when I reach goal before my wedding in Mexico on 20th May. :love047: I would love to have a new wardrobe for the week in Mexico and our honeymoon in New York. So I have lots of reasons to shed this weight and get to goal. I also have 6 weddings coming up between April and November! My main motivation while I was on CD was being chief bridesmaid for my sister in November and that goal kept me focused and kept the weight off.
I can't wait to get to my goal weight and as long as the scales move in the right direction I will be a happy bunny. So far so good this week. I will add my losses on Wednesdays.
