**Just ignore me, have only just spotted the thread about not being allowed to give out lists of this sort of thing!***
arrrgh! I'm trying to find a list of healthy extras and their weights, but worried that alot of the stuff on the internet is now out of date! does anyone have the info to hand? 'm joining on tues evening, but wanted to have a go at a shopping list before then.
