Extra Easy Bad week

I have been so naughty this week I am feeling depressed.... can I bring it back before my weigh in on Tuesday... I even got on my scales this morning and it says 2lb gained.... i wish i had not got on them............ I just stuffed my face with fruit to the point of being full just so I dont eat something I will regret

I have had 4 or more glasses of wine per night for the past week..... and then Prezzo last night......oh my goodness!!!!

sorry for the rant.....i am in panic mode

I can sympathise as I am regretting the chinese I had on Thursday night and the large bag of minstrels I demolished with two chocolate chip cookies and some mini jammie dodgers last night (until I felt sick with the enormous amounts of sugar I consumed).

I have been almost perfect since Christmas and got a bit fed up with what I consider to be a slow loss (as I have so much to lose). But, I have woken up and had a bacon and fried egg sandwich using my B choice this morning and remembered all the nice things I can have on this 'diet'. So as is said so frequently, just draw a line under it, remember why you started and reinvigorate yourself with some new menu choices.

We are all in this together!!!!!!!!!

Don't feel depressed! I know that's easier said than done.... Liek MrsMc siad, draw a line and start again! You haven't by any means blown it, ignore what your scales say, it will only count on Tuesday at weigh in :) I have to say though, I think for me me lossing after I have been bad is always harder, it almost makes me feel like I CAN be naughty and still lose.... but it doesn't work that way. Maintaining, or gaining actually gives me the kick up the bum I need to get remotivated, IYKWIM? x

to help ease your guilt might be a good idea to just forget the damage, concetrate on the new few days 100%. Therefore giving you back control without the feelings of wanting to sabbtage further. Even if you do gain then at least you know you have got hold of the reins and took action. it is not the end of the world if you mess up, from past experience it is getting back on SW that can be the trickest thing to do. But well done for seekig help and sorting out problem rather then ignoring it.

Hello,

Don't feel too bad, at the end of the day, we all deserve to treat ourselves! We shouldn't feel guilty for eating "naughty food" which shouldn't really be classed as that as it just makes you feel guilty. As my c says sw is not a diet (dare i eat this) as that just makes you feel bad!

Draw a line under these feelings hun, and if you do put on weight this week it is not the end of the world. Just think to yourself, I did enjoy this food, and next week I am going to be on plan and not feel guilty! (Easier said than done I know! )

Don't feel bad and put it behind you!
I am in a similar situation - ended up out last night and it was free food and drink. Plan was just to have the free drink (come on, it's free - it is a crime not to take advantage) and wait til I got home and have food. But it became clear after 5 or 6 glasses of wine my will power had gone - so I tucked into the sausages, pizza and potato wedges. I was hungry and not going to get home before midnight.
So I have put the behind me, stick to it for the rest of the week and hopefully still come out with a loss this week. See no point in dwelling on it - and think in the past I would have probably followed it up with a kebab on the way home, McDs this morning and pizza tonight! Which I am not going to do now.
So my advice is not to think about what you have done, and think about what you could have ended up doing and what you are going to do to get back on track :D

glad to hear that you are back on track - and what a lovely OH to be giving up wine in support! Hope you have a great week:)

Well at least you know where you went wrong and can now move on and have a brilliant week :)

If you enjoy your tipple, try having spirits.
I use most my syns on booze and can have 6 tots a night for my 15 syns, if I so choose.
A tot of whatever spirit you fancy in a tall glass topped with any syn free drink is only 2.5 syns, so you could have had 4 or those every night, instead if the wine, for only 10 syns!

good luck for the week ahead

you have such a lovley OH as well giving up wine for you while my DH supports ME giving up everything he won't give up a thing (stick thin )

well done for not letting it ruin your weight lose plan........ you have done the best thing by drawing a line under it and moving on....
good luck for this week
