is body opt imise worth the money

I have been wondering about try ing body optimise some say its not worth the money?
have gone solo since jan and lost 16bs
at min offer on 20.00 off only thing ave2 subscribe for 3 months
my books are 3yrs old and would like the info on ee do you get the plan on line see can get the starter packs on ebay but pricey sortof doing ee but heard been changes with superfree know the basics

Why not join a SW class? If you even go just once you will have all the info and it's cheaper than body optimise and books from e-bay.

well done on your loss! Sounds like you are getting it right really - I think most people like the support of a class, especially on those weeks where it doesn't go quite as well as hoped.

But it is a personal thing and if you are doing it solo successfully why pay out? You may change your mind if the weight loss slows down and you can join at any time.

For me, it is very worth it- I joined 22 months ago and love it as it is the most convenient for me - it's definitely not for everyone, and as stated above sometimes people may like more one on one support


Your choice should be based on the type of support you need, not just cost. I appreciate cost should be a factor, but you have to pick the method of doing this that will offer you the most support and be the most likely one to help you change you way of eating long term
