question??

I used to leave 30mins but thats after a light lunch.

Iread in a WW mag that eating after exercise keeps the hunger at bay for a while so i've taken to going to the gym first and lunch later! :D
 
I know in future I think that would be better, but today timing just didnt work out. Left it an hour and did a big workout with no probs. Thanks for the advice

Hi, If I go to the gym first thing i'll have a banana just before I leave for the gym, just gives that wee boost and curbs the hunger.....and if I go in the evening I leave my dinner until I come back from gym. But again have a banana or an apple before hand. Have went once about an hour after dinner but found it a lot more difficult to get thru my workout. x
 
if you go to the gym first it revs up your metabolism so you burn off what you eat afterwards as energy rather than storing as fat :)
