Does diet coke chicken work with quorn pieces?

Last time I used quorn pieces I make a curry and it was yuck, however I thought I'd give the pieces another go so thought I'd try the diet coke chicken recipe.

Has anyone done it with quorn pieces and what did it taste like?

Oooo and also did you put the quorn in near the end of the cooking because I dont think quorn likes alot of cooking?

Havent tried it with Quorn, but if it helps it works nicely with Cauldren Tofu

Sorry but I cant stand tofu, lol! I'll have to give that one a miss!

Aww Tofu isnt that bad when you get the hang of how to cook it xD!
I would think it would be fine with the quorn pieces, or the fillets, theyre just not very pourous (sp?) so it just might stay abit dry and tasteless.

Ooh does it?! I'll give that a go this weekend.

I hate Quorn, and I'm a veggie! I only just tolerate the mince and sausages and that's only when I'm following SW.

i tried the diet coke chicken with quorn peices and it didnt work very well

Oh I don't know, I had the quorn pieces but found I had to add a bit more seasoning and chinese glaze or it was a bit bland.
