I took up kickboxing 6 weeks ago, proper kickboxing at a club not one at the local gym. I go twice a week for 60minutes. We do a really hard warm up at the beginning sometimes with circuits, then stretching and about 35 minutes of punching and kicking!
It relieves so much stress and I prefer it over the gym any day. I pay £45 a month for two sessions a week but for me I think it's definitley worth it. I can feel the difference already.
Also, it burns tonnes of calories for my weight it burns around 813calories a session. Plus it's fun, I'm learning a new skill and I feel happier!!!!!
