Feeling a bit down about it all!

Hi guys, on my 3rd week of WW. Last week was a baaaad week, had my mum down, didn't track food properly and went for loads of meals out! I tried, but went over points a fair bit (by 2-3 each day)

This resulted in a 1/2lb gain (after a 5.5lb loss the week previously)

Im back on track, and had 26 points yesterday..and will do today, but am feeling a bit like, downheartend..

any tips to make me feel a bit better?
 
Well as you may have read on my previous post I've had a bad day so probably not in the best place to give advice!! However, I didn't want to read and run! I think sometimes your head just isn't in the right place - sometimes that lasts for 1 day and other times longer. Motivation has to come from within but maybe look back at your first weeks food diary and remind yourself how much nice food you ate and still lost 5.5lbs. If you had your Mum to stay and now she is gone maybe you're feeling a bit 'lost'. Have you got anything planned for the weekend to look forward to or focus on? Plus I don't think 0.5lb is anything at all so I'd say your have actually STS which is great for a week for having people to stay and having meals out - you must have some motivation to have tried to stay on track with all that going on. I hope you feel more positive in the morning.
 
Hey Sweety! Don't dispear, we all have ups and downs and not feeling it! I absolutly second what Eddie wrote above, it really is great that you managed to nearly STS while having your mom around and had an enjoyable time! It is necesary that we allow ourselves times like this - otherwise, what would our life be like? WW is a great program to follow as you can fit around times like this even if you got over your points - you always did better than if you wouldn't have paid any attention to what you've eaten... Just get straight back on track and go for it girl!! I know you can do it!!
