Hi everyone! Soooo glad I found this site. Started CD yesterday and I am already starving! Hoping that will stop soon! Managed Tesco's today for family shop and even making food for hubby & son! Gritted teeth throughout the whole process eeeek!

well done, take it day by day.
Everynight think on how well you did and every morning reflect on that good feeling.
There'll be good days and bad days, teh best we can do is to get right back up when we fall down

well done on makeing that huge move and getting really serious about your diet
it is a big step im barely coping with
if it wasnt lent i may have broke it by now
