Italian restaurant syn values

Hey does anyone know the syn values of any dishes from Zizzi's?

If not can some one post the syn values of the staple italian eating out meals? They are in the back of the book that SW gives you when you first join, but I have lost mine and can't seem to find these values on the SW website!

I am going to have this:
STROZZAPRETI PESTO ROSSO

Sautéed slightly spicy chicken whipped up with crème fraîche, red pesto and spring onions with twirly pasta

So i am think 6 syns for the creme fraiche, 6 syns because it is probably cooked in oil, and 3 for the pesto?

What does everyone think?

Hey,

I dont know what that is so cant comment im afraid!!

I have my SW book on me though so what type of thing are you wanting to know? Its very basic canneloni, cacciatore, lasagne, macaroni cheese, ravioli, bolognese, marinara, tagliatelle

Yea i know it does all seem a bit basic!!

I would syn it how you have, its 2.5 for tblspn red pesto so just see how much comes with it.

Thankyou pesty! I shall, haven't seen the girls in ages as I have so much Uni work on! In fact the last time I saw them was New Years! I am such a bad friend hehe!

Can't wait until I am not a student! Hopefully when that happens I shall also be 3 stone lighter aswell! hehe x
