Hey and welcome, you have come to the right place. If you look for the Slimming World section you can start a diary, food or otherwise and get some support from lots of other people on the same diet as yourself. Good luck with overcoming food addiction. I think a lot of us were/are food addicts. The difference between food addictions and other addictions is you can cut alcohol/drugs/ciggies outa your life but you always need food! typical eh?! Good luck on your journey though.
