Hello all.

i've been doing Lipotrim since Oct '08 and then in the last 3 months, have started Exante for a change. Have managed to lose 5 stone 4lbs, though I have about the same to lose again.....

Wedding is in November this year so I need to keep myself focused and on track. Had a slip up (food-wise, not in the physical sense!) at the weekend but have struggled to get back on track hence my email to this forum today!

I look forward to reading everyones posts and to being slim!

Wow you've done so well! Welcome to the forum.
I'm also a bride to be (still got over a year until my wedding) I think some of the other posters are as well!
 
thanks, saw the vicar last night and it's all becoming very real now! want to lose a stone/month so should be done by August I hope!

Thanks, i'm not perfect and I do allow for 'interruptions' once in a while but as long as the scales are going in the right direction, then I'm happy.

Feeling a lot more focused than the last 2 weeks now which is great!

So do I, approx every 4 weeks! We're only human, and there are some conversations with some people I really don't want to have yet. :)

Yeah, I'm spending the day with my dad tomorrow (which I haven't done for ages bless him!) and we always have lunch out. He'll not really get why I'm doing this and he already gets all the ''diet nonsense'' from my mum and sister so I think I may just not mention it and be having a light meal tomorrow - dodging as many carbs that show up on my plate as possible!
