Omg after struggling on sw for ages, i have enrolled today with ww and when i came home i was hungry.

Instead of me just pigging out after weigh in i sat and looked through books and i thought mmmmmm 2 thick toast with 2 eggs with frylight would be nice and oh my goddd how much did i enjoy eating it and if im right toast were 3 and 3 for eggs to am i right, its great eating stuff you like again.

Please could someone let me know if this is right and i can eat it, just going to plan my filling tea for later ohhh i cant wait to eat normal again ;), and you know i feel much happier in self :D

I was exactly the same. Struggling on sw since joining in January, joined ww saturday, didn't even cheat saturday when i first joined (which is a 1st for me) I've done both both diets and always thought of myself as a slimming world girl but this time around i think i may finally be converting for good :D

As for toast and eggs, sounds good! Would depend on the brand of bread i think.
Good luck x

I have done WW and lost 22lbs but put 17lbs back on (over a year as I lost my younger brother and my mind was not focused on eating well!) I just joined SW and lost 3lb in my first week and stayed the same last week and have had a bad week this week - and just dont think it is for me - think I am going to go back to WW....it does work if you stick to it.. good luck x

re the points for bread - if thick I think it is 1.5 to 2 points...so make sure you double check x

im a follow SW...and im having similar experience. Started January and have more or less stuck to it to the letter and lost 4 lbs week too, since then ive gained, lost and gained so ive only like lost about 1.5lbs in 4 sodding weeks! Not happy and need portion control. I eat too many eggs and carbs surely. Just a bit dubious with WW as ill have to do it all or not atall which means ill have to fork out for the calculator, books etc and online stuff (cus i cant get to the meetings) just hoping i dont buy it all and find after another month ive got the same problem

you definately won't have the same problem if you follow your point allowance it has complete control over the size of your portions I came off of Sw in January and have lost weight every week while on ww

If you can get to one meeting, there are vouchers online you can print so you can get the registration and the first meeting free. Then you just need the books and a basic pack is about £9 which is less then registration. I thought i'd be lost with out the online support of sw. But a caluculater is so much easier to use and the people on here fill in any other gaps in knowledge and over fab supports. Its certainly easier and i think the variety helps alot. I found with SW i ate the same thing and i got bored. If i forgot to take something out the freezer i had a ready meal and went over syns. Just so much easier doing ww, can't rate it enough.
