Hi, I joined SW in November but just joined the forum.
I have lost 1st 13.5 but am starting to plateau.
Consultant said to mix it up a bit to try my body.
I normally do EE but am going to try red for a few days/week. (also heard upping the protein might kick start it again. Still have another 3st to go)
I am struggling a bit with the lack of carbs etc, so am wondering for 1 HEXB could I have 1 slice of Nimble (instead of 2) and a half portion of Baked Beans.
I need my other HEXB for potatoes with my dinner later.
