Any other Vegetarians on Slimfast?

Feel like starting a thread to post dinner ideas for vegetarians.

I've been doing slimfast about a week...so far....

TVP sauce and whole wheat spaghetti with a little mozzerella cheese

Lentils/brown rice a little cheddar cheese

Tofu/veg stir fry with brown rice

Readymade Superquinn MExican tostada

Cottage cheese and noodles/side of brocc

1/2 portion of boxed Nut roast/side of veg

open to any new ideas! thanks!

im always up for new food ideas (vegie or not...)
so keep ideas coming....

ive only recently just tried quorn (which i was pleasntly supprised with...) so im always happy to try new things....
not a tofu person though......
